Projects, milestones, and tasks
that tell the truth.

Three levels, one connected system. Tasks roll up into milestones, milestones into projects — and every status is read from the calendar, not a dropdown. When something slips, the projection moves up the chain before the client ever asks.

Projects — the container for everything client-facing.

Plan privately, ship truthfully, and let the forecast surface risk on its own.

Plan before you commit

Plan mode is a hard firewall.

Every project starts in Plan mode — a private sandbox where dates are optional and clients can't see anything yet. When you're ready, go Live with one click. Everything you planned becomes everything they track.

Status computes itself

Not Started → On Track → At Risk → Off Track.

A project's status is read straight from its own timeline — Not Started before it begins, On Track through the middle, At Risk once it enters the final window you set for it, Off Track the day its committed end date passes. Nobody picks it. The calendar does.

Risk, projected

When a task slips, the projection moves up.

A late task never flips its project red on its own — the project may have the slack to absorb it. What moves is the forecast: an overdue task pushes its milestone's projected end date, and the project rolls up the latest projection across every milestone. You see the slip as a date, not a guess.

A task slip projected up to the project

Underneath every project.

Milestones group the work into phases. Tasks are the work itself. Each one computes its own status — no dropdowns, no timesheets, no chasing.

Milestone status and overrun on the timeline

Milestones own their phase — and can't hide overrun.

A milestone computes its status from its own dates, and its effective end date always stretches to the last task that runs long — drawn as a red overrun stripe you can't paint over.

Task status, captured time, and client-locked completion

Tasks track themselves — status, time, and sign-off.

Status is computed from dates, time is captured as you work, and only the client can mark a task Complete — locked forever, on the record.
